A municipal institution whose task is to explore, comprehend and present the tragic pages of the history of the mid-twentieth century. in the context of modern challenges. The creation of the museum was initiated by the Lviv City Council in 2009. The construction of the museum complex lasted during 2014-2016.

Please note that from October 18, entry to the museum is possible only with a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test done no later than 72 hours.

The cost of the entrance ticket includes: the territory of the museum complex, the “cattle wagon” – part of the permanent exhibition about post-war deportations, a collection of Soviet monumental art.

The tour includes: history of the location of the museum complex, permanent exhibition in the barracks №1, “cattle wasgon”, a collection of Soviet monumental art. The tour lasts up to 1 hour.

Our team stays in Ukraine to preserve the museum, the collection of its funds and to volunteer.

collecting foodstuff and clothes for the UPA’s.
